The Bia So Mengong Festival firmly believes that cultural celebration is enriched by academic reflection. The Popular University offers a platform accessible to all, where academic knowledge meets ancestral oral traditions.

By bringing together researchers, historians, and cultural practitioners in South Cameroon, we provide young people with concrete future prospects and tools for intellectual empowerment
